This was bought as a Christmas present so not opened yet but I have to say I was so impressed with the outstanding service. I was informed that the parcel was with the courier. Days went by with no delivery and on the tracking details it said there was a delay and I should receive it the next working day. After ten days no joy so I contacted by email and received an immediate response. Another gift set was dispatched with a different courier and I received it as advised. Thank you so much for a swift and efficient response to my emails.
