Nikka Whisky is renowned for its bold, smoky single malts, influenced by Scottish whisky, with hints of brine and notes of peat smoke, rich oak, and dried fruit. The Miyagikyo distillery in Sendai provides a softer, fruitier contrast with delicate floral notes, hints of green apple, pear, and honey, and a smooth, velvety mouthfeel.
