The Terms and Conditions applicable to your access to and use of this Website and your use or purchase of our products or services will be the version that is current and displayed on this Website as at each date you access it or make a purchase from us.
MINIMUM LEGAL AGEWe will only sell alcohol to persons over 18 years of age. By placing an order, you confirm that you and the recipient are at least 18 years old and of legal minimum age for purchasing alcohol in your country of residence.
PAYMENTWe accept payment in Great British Pounds Sterling (£GBP) using most debit and credit cards through our merchant bank. We can process payments either online, by telephone or post. If you prefer, we can accept payment by other means such as cheque. We will only accept payment if we are able to supply your products.
We will send you an order confirmation that indicates we have received your order, though this does not form a contract between us.
When we send you an invoice to indicate acceptance of your order, a contract is formed between us. This process helps protect against mistakes made in pricing or where we are unable to supply a product for some reason. We will always contact you to agree any changes and will immediately make any refunds if we are unable to fulfill an order.
SECURITYWe take security of information extremely seriously. When making payments all information is entered onto a secure server that uses SSL. This means the data is encrypted before it is sent securely across the Internet.
We do not keep credit or debit card numbers; these are entered solely onto the secure server of our banking supplier, one of the leading names in online payments worldwide.

ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UKWe are currently only able to supply UK customers but hope to offer our products and services outside the UK in the future. Please contact us if this is of interest to you.
NON-DELIVERY, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONWe want you to enjoy your whisky from us, but if you do decide to cancel an order or return some products you can do so in line with distance selling consumer laws. Claims for non-delivery must be made within three months of your order date. Any returned products must be returned to us as new, with all packaging intact and with unbroken seals. The cost and arrangement of returning the product is your responsibility. In some cases, at our sole discretion, we may not accept your order and provide a full refund for any money paid to us.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSAll copyright, database rights, trademarks and any other intellectual property rights in content on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, banners, images, buttons, underlying source code and software, is the sole property of us or the applicable licensor.
Any use (including copying, reproduction, duplication, transmission, or display of the content of this website, without the express written permission of us or the applicable licensor) for purposes other than the viewing of information or for ordering purposes, is strictly prohibited.
Permission is granted to electronically copy, and to print in hard copy, portions of this website for the sole purpose of placing an order with us.
DELIVERYStandard deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), though express (next day) and Saturday delivery options are available. Whilst a particular delivery time is outside our direct control, the couriers we use provide a parcel tracking service.
It is your responsibility for someone of at least 18 years of age to accept the delivery from the courier.
Sometimes, particularly in times of extreme weather conditions, deliveries might get delayed. In these cases, where it is collected from us on time, we will try to secure a refund on your behalf.
We have taken every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. Whilst we aim to always provide the whiskies that we show we may have to occasionally substitute one or more whiskies in a set. This may be necessary because a lot of the whiskies are from small batches and limited bottlings where they may become unavailable. Where we have to substitute a product we will always replace a whisky with one of equal or higher value and will not charge any extra for doing so.
If you are a business user, please note that in particular, we will not be liable for:
- loss of profits, business, or revenue;
- business interruption;
- loss of anticipated savings;
- loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or
- any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
MEMBERSHIP & SUBSCRIPTION SERVICESIf you become a member and sign-up for one of our subscription services there will be no minimum term commitment and you are free to cancel at any time by contacting us in writing (including by email).
