STANDARD DELIVERY (2-3 DAYS)
We send parcels Monday - Friday and delivery days are Monday-Saturday.
Standard delivery is a fixed cost of £3.75 per order (whisky gift sets and subscriptions) and £1.95 for Message And A Bottle drinks cards. The estimated delivery date is shown during checkout, typically 2-4 days Monday-Saturday, but please allow a little extra for rural locations or islands and during bad weather. Please call us if you need quicker delivery as we can often arrange this.
All deliveries are tracked and, upon despatch, you will be sent tracking details from our courier, MyHermes, so that you can view live parcel details and interact directly with the courier for delivery.
NOTES on UK Delivery:All deliveries will take place Mon-Sat (excluding public holidays). Shipping costs include VAT. You may be asked to sign for your Whisky Tasting Sets; PLEASE INSPECT THE PACKAGE FOR SIGNS OF DAMAGE. If you are unsure, or unable to inspect the package you must always sign for all goods as ‘UNCHECKED’. Couriers will always state ‘GOOD’ condition unless you sign otherwise. Once you have signed to accept you have received a delivery in GOOD condition any damage is your responsibility.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide for and pay for returned items.
