STRATHCLYDE AGED 30 YEARS
Situated in the Gorbals district of Glasgow, Strathclyde distillery is owned by Pernod Ricard and is hard to find in its pure form.
Originally it was build as a neutral grain spirit distillery for the production of gin, now Strathclyde produces grain whisky (primarily) for premium blends such as Chivas Regal and Ballantines.
TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Sweet - ripe fruits, boiled sweets and butterscotch.
